CatchAlive offers an easy way to manage and pay for subscriptions using the the CatchAlive WebApp.
Access CatchAlive WebApp
The CatchAlive WebApp is accessed with a Web browser at: https://app.catchalive.com and requires the CatchAlive login, which is also used in the mobile APP.
You can also access the CatchAlive WebApp from the mobile APP. Just press the “globe” icon in the mobile APP:
Easy management of subscriptions
It is possible to update the subscription type and also select long term subscriptions, which are offered at a lower cost.
The subscription type is configured per device, and it is also possible to disable further subscriptions.
Subscription renewal
When it is time for subscription renewal, it is possible to pay for the expiring subscriptions.
It is also possible to pay for future subscriptions, thus avoiding worrying about your subscriptions for 12 months in advance.
A subscription will automatically be cancelled, if it is not renewed before it expires.
An expired subscription can be reactivated at any time.
Subscription payment
It is possible to pay the subscriptions online via Credit Card or PayPal.
The subscription is non-refundable and cannot be paused.
