If a device is having connection issues please restart the device.
You can restart a device in the following way:

– Remove batteries from the trap alarm for 2 minutes
– 2 times double-knock on the top of the trap alarm
– Wait 2½ days (The trap alarm will automatically reboot after 2½ days without connection to CatchAlive System)
